Playdate at My Gym

Since the weather is warming up here in Tucson we are back to having playgroup inside. But who can complain when you get to go to My Gym and play with all the fun mats, bars, climbing walls and ball pit? Too much fun I say!! Enjoy the slideshow!

PetCo

We went to the Pet Store this weekend to get food for George and Luci and I got to visit the animal friends. I fell in love with the fish, bunnies and birds. Who knew that the pet store could be just like a trip to the "mini" zoo?

Popsicle Fun

Mom let me try out a Popsicle this past weekend and I just have one word to say...DEE-lish! Popsicles + dip in the pool = Tons of fun!

I love sharing my food lately. It looks like mom loved my Popsicle as much as I did!

Can we go swimming now?

The New Discovery

Mom and Dad have been hiding these fun things called "drawers" and "cabinets" from me. They thought since there weren't handles for me to pull on that I couldn't figure out how to open them. Guess again!! I found my drawer of sippy cups, bowls and spoons yesterday. Boy was this a fun morning...I tried out every cup just to make sure there wasn't anything in it. Then moved on to the other treasures in the drawer. Life just keeps getting more exciting each day at our house.

Typing away...

I can't get enough of the keyboard!! Today mom found me typing away on my tippy toes. She had no idea I could reach up there yet. I keep surprising her everyday!

Sprinkler Fun

On Saturday I played in a sprinkler for the first time. What a fun thing that was! I know, I know, I only have my diaper on...I was too excited once the water came on to check everything out. Next time Mom and Dad will have to put my trunks on first then turn on the water!

Here I am playing with my friends Nolan and Ellie. They were so fun to watch and follow around. I can't wait to be a big kid!

Playday at Gymboree

We went to Gymboree with my playgroup this week and boy did I have a great time! I couldn't get around to the different stations fast enough! There were so many things to look at and play with. Mom couldn't pick which pictures to put on the blog so she decided to just share all of them. Enjoy!

Sippy Cup

I told you mom would get a picture of me using my sippy cup! This was the first night for mac and cheese too. I think mom and dad were a little desperate this night. I wasn't really into anything they were giving me so they whipped out the Easy Mac that was completely processed and full of perservatives. Poor mom, no matter how much all natural and organic food she tries to give me I always prefer the bad stuff!

Mother's Day

Here I am sitting so nicely at our Mother's Day Brunch. I loved the yummy french bread they served and I tried butter for the first time. Dee-lish! I was such a good boy for Mommy for her first Mother's Day. We had a fun day of eating and shopping and hanging out as a family. What mom could ask for more?

10 Months Old

Hip! Hip! Hooray! I am ten months old today. I am in the double digits already--the big "one" is right around the corner. Mom says boo-hoo, she wants her baby to stop getting so big. I think it is exciting though! I can do more and more each day. Here is what's new with me...

*I now have eight teeth (four top, four bottom)

*I have attempted to stand on my own without holding on to things. We call this the surf board stance!

*I chit-chat with everyone and anything from morning till night.

*I feed myself now--no more puree--yuck!

*I love to eat mandarin oranges, grapes, watermelon, apricots, Cheerios, bagels, cheese, carrots, black beans, meatballs, rice and mac & cheese.

*I hold my sippy cup all by myself.

*I crawl everywhere usually holding a toy or two at all times.

*I started swim lessons and can't get enough of the water. Mom and Dad say I am part fish!

*I love hanging from tables and shelves hanging like the monkey man I am.

*Rolling a bouncy ball back and forth with dad. Mom is working on getting the video up for everyone to see!

My Iowa Trip

We're Back!

Did you think mom forgot how to blog? I was beginning to wonder when she would put up some new pics! We are back from Iowa feeling relaxed and spoiled. Grandparents are so fun...they follow you everywhere and think everything you do is so funny. I had an audience around me the whole week.

It has been kind of boring with just mom. It is way better with lots of people chasing me!



We had so much fun in Iowa, my Uncle AJ and Aunt Dana are having a baby girl in July, so we showered them with gifts over the weekend. I also fell in love with their dog Leo, he is much bigger than Luci and George and gives great BIG kisses.


I had tons of fun playing outside and crawling in the grass. It is spring in Iowa so the grass is soft and brand new and there are so many pretty flowers coming up. It has been hard being back in the desert with not much grass to play with anymore. I think it is time for mom and dad to put some in the backyard. Luci and George agreed with me!

It was so fun playing with my mommy's family and friends. Thanks for the play dates, hugs and kisses from everyone. I can't wait to get back to see you all again!
