The Gardener

On Sunday, I helped out Daddo with some yard work. He went to go start the grill so I thought I should pick up where he left off. Just doing my part to help out!

Oranges/lemons anyone? We trimmed up the trees and that was all the fruit that came off. I guess it is time to start my first lemonade stand.

I Heart Sushi

Ok...not really but I did eat the rice and I thought the chopsticks were really fun. If Daddo has his way though sushi will be part of my weekly diet. I can already say "sushi"--now I just need to crave it!

Back to the Zoo

A beautiful day equals fun play dates outside! On Friday, Nolan and I (and our mommies too) took a trip to the zoo. We had a wonderful day of chasing animals, snack breaks and a yummy picnic. When can we go back?
A white peacock?! I want to pet it!
Where did it go?
Loving watching the elephants

Waiting in line to feed the giraffes again--we were actually chanting "giraffe! giraffe!" as we waited.

Tucson Children's Museum

We made a trip to the Children's Museum with my playgroup last week. I had a great play date with my friends as we explored the train room, the rain forest, grocery store and hospital. I still love cooking no matter the place--today I made muffins for everyone. I love to play pretend!
Can I get your order?
Preparing the drinks...
Exploring the train engine.
Taking a rest after pulling the train whistle.

Climbing the dinosaur after a nice picnic. What a way to end the day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Cupid visited my house and left me a special Valentine--my very own golf set! I haven't been able to stop golfing since I opened up the package. After watching the video though mom and dad think maybe I should take up hockey instead of golf. What to you think?

We had a lazy Saturday of coffee (milk for me) and shopping at La Encantada (an outdoor mall). I loved exploring the courtyard on a beautiful Valentine's day. Hope you had a swell day too!

Work Day

Dad worked from home today so I thought I should be in a few hours at the office myself...

Answering a few emails and answering phone calls all in a days work!
Dad set up my own office and I have loved working in it ever since.

Birthday Party

My friend Adam (on the right) had a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. Here I am enjoying cake and pizza at My Gym. My favorite place! Thanks for the fun party Adam! Hope you had a great birthday!

Do you like the double fork action? The other piece was supposed to be for mom but I don't think she even got one bite.

Grammie's here...

Well actually she left today but she has been here the past week. Daddo has been working late hours and traveling so she came to give us a little vacation! What a fun surprise. We had so much fun playing in the sunshine and going to the park. I have also had fun telling her all my new words and showing her my new tricks. I can't wait until we can play again. I already miss you!
Here we are fixing mom's pants. I am such a great helper.

The first haircut

I FINALLY got my first haircut! All my friends are on their third and fourth by now but mom and dad have been holding out. They were so worried my curls were going to go away but they didn't--Hip! Hip! Hooray! I was so good for Grammie...it's amazing what a few Popsicles and an episode of Sesame Street can do.
So long...no wonder strangers have been calling me a girl lately!

I can see again.
So handsome...watch out ladies!

Back to the Bumbo

This week mama has been cleaning out closets and getting ready for my sister to come...and I have been finding new treasures! This is my new favorite seat. Mom said I didn't really use this when I was a baby so I thought I should break it in now. I have loved playing with all my old baby toys, now I will be a true expert when the baby comes. I can't wait to show her all these neat things!

Tohono Chul part two

Since I loved the Children's Garden so much I had to take Grammie there for a visit. It was such a beautiful day. We loved getting sun on our faces and playing in the boat pond. I do have to admit though...I think the mud and the bulldozer were my favorite part!

Helping Jack

During the Super Bowl I played with my friends Jack and Nolan. Jack kept losing his pacifier so I would help him out and put it back it...I also liked to take it back out every once in awhile! Thanks Jack for being such a great sport! Won't I be a great big brother?
Making sure it is in there good...
Yea for being such a great helper! I would clap after each helper job just to let everyone else know about it.
