Howard's

We took our annual trip to Howard's Apple Orchard this past week. What a great day with great friends and great pickings! We were able to get apples, cucumbers, peaches and tomatoes. Campbell picked a peach first thing and enjoyed it the ENTIRE time. I loved picking the apples and feeding the toy ponies the most. We were both sweaty, dirty, and full by the end of the morning. That is my kind of day!

Two weeks ago we headed to the mountains to get out of the heat and enjoy being outside again. Nana and Papa Bear met up with us and joined in on our adventures of northern Arizona. Here are a few pics of our fun...

Pump It Up

Ugh...can you tell we are getting stir crazy in our house? We are ready for the park! Bring on the cooler weather--October feels so far away.

Dress Up

My friend Darcy really knows how to have a great time. She has all kinds of princess dress up clothes that we played with on Friday night. We actually argued over the pink crown and who got to wear it. I had no idea this princess world even existed. What a find!

Water Park

This was our last trip to "Mom's mornings" at Breakers. All summer the water park opens early for little kiddos. No big people allowed! We have the whole kid area to ourselves for two hours. Last week was the last time before school started. We took advantage of the water and had a great time.

Phoenix Aquarium

A couple of weeks ago we traveled up to Phoenix to check out the fish at the new Sea Life aquarium. The sting rays were our favorite! What a nice cool way to spend a HOT day. Inside, underwater and in the dark. We are starting to feel like hermits here.
