We'll keep you posted...

Mom and I are off to Iowa to visit Grammie and Poppy C for the week. We will try to keep you posted while we are there! We heard that it is pretty chilly there still, boo hoo. I have been in shorts and t-shirts for a couple of months now. I don't even think I remember what pants are like! I'll let you know how it goes!!

Sabino Canyon

We went hiking at Sabino Canyon in Tucson this past weekend. I had so much fun being in the mountains and playing in the water. Who knew the desert had so much to offer!
The first time using my hiking pack. I loved it! There will be many more adventures with mom and daddo in this handy dandy thing.

Pictures of the river almost dried up from the warm weather. We'll have to visit again after the monsoons!

Look at all that sand...it almost looks like the beach! Here we are heading off on our trail. So much to look at from up here.

Taking a break and waving to my fans. I climbed this baby mountain all by myself (OK well maybe mom and dad helped but that day will be here soon!)

Here I am with Nana coolin' off my dogs in the water. I couldn't get enough of the sand and water. I eventually took all my clothes and swam naked, but since this is a "G" rated blog mom left those pictures to be viewed later in my life like at my high school graduation and wedding. FUN!

Nana's birthday

My Nana Bear came to visit us for her birthday. We had so much fun giving her a party and playing all weekend. Thanks so much for all the hugs and kisses. You sure do know how to spoil a baby boy!

I loved helping opening her presents. Still love that wrapping paper...

Just Fax Me!

I was Daddy's helper today in the office. Little did he know I already know how to use the copy machine. I just push that round button and it sends me surprises! Those grown ups sure have some fun toys.

Ooops! I forgot to wear my pants to work again...that always happens!

Almost there....

I can almost hold my sippy cup on my own. I had it for a second but mom didn't have the camera in time. She thought this picture was too cute to pass up and not put on the blog though! Don't worry as soon as I do it again I am sure she will be flashing the camera. We'll keep you posted!

Caught ya!

Mom walked away for a second and I decided to hide under the table! She's good though...she found me right away. Don't worry I am always on the look out for a good hiding spot. One of these days I am sure I will find a winner!

Reading Magazines

My new favorite thing is to look at magazines! I haven't figured out that you can rip the pages out yet--but don't worry I am sure that is right around the corner. Don't I look so precious here? I bet mom would love it if I just sat so nicely like this all day. Yeah right!

The First Swim

I went swimming for the first time this weekend. That's right friends--it is pool season here in Arizona! It was 90 degrees on Sunday and we needed to cool off. So I put on my trunks and board shirt and was off to my friend Nolan's pool. I loved lounging in the water and splashing with mom and dad. My rescue boat was my favorite thing. The water rocked me back and forth and I almost fell asleep!

I could lounge in this thing all day!

Isn't life great?

Mom and I catchin' some rays.

Coleman, Coleman Everywhere!

Here is a glimpse of our day today. Note this was just about five minutes of it!

9 months old

I am now 9 months old! Mommy is starting to get sad as the months go by. She says "What happened to my baby?" a lot. I am loving getting older though, each day I can do more things. I am becoming quite the explorer--everything is so interesting!! Mommy is always hot on my trail and doesn't ever really leave me alone. What a bummer because mischief is becoming my new middle name.

The Komen Walk

Today I was in my first race and I had so much fun! This was a special race because I was supporting my Nana Harger and all of her friends in Kansas City. My mom, dad and I walked in the Susan G. Komen race with our friends from his work. It was a great time and such a beautiful day. We made signs to let everyone know how proud we are of our Nana and her fight against breast cancer. She is a one year survivor!! Even though we couldn't do the race with her, she sure was in in our thoughts all day. Thanks Nana for being such a strong lady! We love you.

The Komen Walk

Here are some more pictures from the day.

Mom, Dad and I before the race.

Waiting in line for the restroom. Too bad mom just didn't have a diaper on like me. It would have been a lot easier!

My sign says "In celebration of my Nana." I wore it throughout the race to let everyone know how proud I am of her.

The starting line...so many people!

Here I am as soon as the race started. I loved looking at all the people!

The New Car Seat

It is almost that time...to switch out that "baby" carseat. I am a big boy now. I thought I would try it out and see how I felt about it before we put it in the car.
Wasn't quite sure at first...
But here is my smile of approval. This is going to be fun!

Kickin' Back

I really enjoyed breakfast this day...cereal topped off with apples and blueberries (still on my upper lip!). I thought I would just relax and let mama feed me like the king I am. I could have sat like this forever!!
